An installation type area capable of controlling the speed of a vehicle is disclosed. A network capable of controlling the speed is created so that the vehicle does not change beyond the specified speed when the vehicle enters the network. The installation type area includes: a user recognition unit provided outside an area band; a recognition tag possessed by each user to recognize a user through the user recognition unit; an input unit provided outside an area band and configured to input a maximum speed limit; and an operation initiation unit provided in the area band and provided to start an operation when user recognition through the user recognition unit is completed.

    차량의 속도를 제어할 수 있는 설치형 영역이 개시된다. 속도를 제어할 수 있는 네트워크 망을 만들어, 해당 네트워크 망에 차량이 진입하였을 때 지정된 속도 이상으로 변경되지 않도록 한다.
