Disclosed is a floating structure for producing hydrogen. The floating structure for producing hydrogen according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an NGL extraction part for extracting natural gas liquids from natural gas extracted from a gas well or an oil well; a hydrogen production part for receiving and reforming at least part of the natural gas having passed the NGL extraction part to produce hydrogen; a first NG supply line for supplying at least part of the natural gas having passed the NGL extraction part to the hydrogen production part as a material for producing hydrogen; a combustion fuel supply line for supplying at least part of the natural gas liquids extracted by the NGL extraction part to a burner included in the hydrogen production part to supply combustion heat for a chemical reaction during a hydrogen production process, and having a first flow rate valve arranged therein; a confluence line branching from the first NG supply line, connected to the combustion fuel supply line to supply the natural gas having passed the NGL extraction part, and having a second flow rate valve arranged therein; and a control part for controlling either or both of the first flow rate valve and the second flow rate valve to adjust the amount of the natural gas liquids and the natural gas having passed the NGL extraction part, which are necessary to supply combustion heat. Therefore, provided is a floating structure for producing hydrogen, wherein natural gas extracted from a gas well or an oil well is supplied and hydrogen is produced offshore.

    부유식 수소생산구조물이 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 부유식 수소생산구조물은 가스정 또는 유정에서 채굴된 천연가스로부터 천연가스액을 추출하는 NGL추출부; NGL추출부를 통과한 천연가스 중 적어도 일부를 공급받아 개질시켜 수소를 생산하는 수소생산부; NGL추출부를 통과한 천연가스 중 적어도 일부를 수소 생산을 위한 원료로 수소생산부에 공급하는 제1NG공급라인; 수소 생산 과정 중 화학반응을 위한 연소열 공급을 위해 NGL추출부에 의해 추출된 천연가스액 중 적어도 일부를 수소생산부에 포함된 버너로 공급하며, 제1유량밸브를 마련한 연소연료공급라인; 제1NG공급라인으로부터 분기되어 연소연료공급라인과 연결되어 NGL추출부를 통과한 천연가스를 공급하며, 제2유량밸브를 마련한 합류라인; 및 제1유량밸브 및 제2유량밸브 중 하나 이상을 제어하여, 연소열 공급을 위해 필요로 하는 천연가스액 및 NGL추출부를 통과한 천연가스의 양을 조절하는 제어부;를 포함한다.
