Disclosed is a floating structure for producing hydrogen and synthesis gas. The floating structure for producing hydrogen and synthesis gas according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an NGL extraction part for extracting natural gas liquids from natural gas extracted from a gas well or an oil well; a hydrogen production part for receiving at least a part of the natural gas having passed the NGL extraction part to produce hydrogen; a synthesis gas production part for producing synthesis gas; a first NG supply line for supplying at least a part of the natural gas having passed the NGL extraction part to the hydrogen production part as a material for producing hydrogen; a first synthesis gas line branching from the first NG supply line to be connected to the synthesis gas production part and supplying at least a part of the natural gas having passed the NGL extraction part to the synthesis gas production part; and a second synthesis gas line connecting an onshore plant and the synthesis gas production part and supplying, to the synthesis gas production part, carbon dioxide supplied from the onshore plant. The synthesis gas production part generates synthesis gas by inducing a reaction between the natural gas supplied from the first synthesis gas line and the carbon dioxide supplied from the second synthesis gas line. Therefore, provided is a floating structure for producing hydrogen and synthesis gas, wherein natural gas extracted from a gas well or an oil well is supplied and hydrogen and synthesis gas are produced offshore.

    부유식 수소 및 합성가스 생산구조물이 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 부유식 수소 및 합성가스 생산구조물은 가스정 또는 유정에서 채굴된 천연가스로부터 천연가스액을 추출하는 NGL추출부; NGL추출부를 통과한 천연가스 중 적어도 일부를 공급받아 수소를 생산하는 수소생산부; 합성가스를 생산하는 합성가스생산부; NGL추출부를 통과한 천연가스 중 적어도 일부를 수소 생산을 위한 원료로 수소생산부에 공급하는 제1NG공급라인; 제1NG공급라인으로부터 분기되어 합성가스생산부와 연결되며, NGL추출부를 통과한 천연가스 중 적어도 일부를 합성가스생산부로 공급하는 제1합성가스라인; 및 육상플랜트와 합성가스생산부를 연결하며, 육상플랜트로부터 공급받은 이산화탄소를 합성가스생산부로 공급하는 제2합성가스라인;을 포함하되, 합성가스생산부는, 제1합성가스라인을 통해 공급받은 천연가스와 제2합성가스라인을 통해 공급받은 이산화탄소를 반응시켜 합성가스를 생성한다.
