Disclosed is a floating facility for producing hydrogen. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the floating facility for producing hydrogen comprises: a hydrogen production unit including a desulfurizer receiving natural gas through a natural gas supply line connected to a gas field and removing sulfur from the natural gas, a preliminary reformer making the natural gas react with steam for reforming and generating reformed gas containing hydrogen and carbon monoxide, a steam reformer making the carbon monoxide contained in the reformed gas have a conversion reaction with the steam and converting the same into hydrogen and carbon dioxide, and a hydrogen separator separating and purifying hydrogen from a mixed fluid passing through the steam reformer; a substance measuring unit placed on the natural gas supply line and measuring the substances of the natural gas supplied from the gas field; a hydrogen production line connecting the desulfurizer, the preliminary reformer, the steam reformer, and the hydrogen separator; a bypass line branched from the natural gas supply line and connected to the part between the desulfurizer and the preliminary reformer of the hydrogen production line; and a control unit controlling the flow path of natural gas by opening/closing a first control valve placed on a front end of the desulfurizer of the natural gas supply line and a second control valve placed on the bypass line based on the content of sulfur among the substances of the natural gas measured by the substance measuring unit. The present invention aims to provide a floating facility for producing hydrogen, which is capable of receiving natural gas and effectively producing hydrogen.

    수소생산부유체를 개시한다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 수소생산부유체는 가스전과 연결된 천연가스공급라인을 통해 천연가스를 공급받아 천연가스로부터 황성분을 제거하는 탈황기와, 천연가스를 스팀과 개질반응시켜 수소와 일산화탄소를 함유한 개질가스로 생성하는 예비개질기와, 개질가스에 함유된 일산화탄소를 스팀과 전환반응시켜 수소와 이산화탄소로 전환시키는 스팀개질기와, 스팀개질기를 통과한 혼합유체로부터 수소를 분리 및 정제하는 수소분리기를 포함하는 수소생산부; 천연가스공급라인에 마련되며, 가스전으로부터 공급되는 천연가스의 성분을 측정하는 성분측정부; 탈황기, 예비개질기, 스팀개질기 및 수소분리기를 연결하는 수소생산라인; 천연가스공급라인으로부터 분기되어, 수소생산라인의 탈황기와 예비개질기 사이로 연결되는 바이패스라인; 및 성분측정부에 의해 측정된 천연가스의 성분 중 황성분의 함유량을 기초로 천연가스공급라인의 탈황기 전단에 마련된 제1제어밸브 및 상기 바이패스라인에 마련된 제2제어밸브를 개폐하여 천연가스의 유로를 제어하는 제어부를 포함한다.
