The present application provides a personal mobility parking operation method, which includes the steps of: predicting, by a management server, a parking charging area of a rental PM device based on a user prediction model; connecting the management server to the rental PM device through an IoT sensor disposed within the expected parking charging area; and determining, by the management server, the parking state of the rental PM device connected within the parking charging area.
