The present invention relates to a safety zone provision system. One embodiment published in the present specification relates to a method for providing a safety zone for providing information on the safety zone where a vehicle can be stopped. The method for providing the safety zone of the present invention comprises the following steps of: receiving current location information from the vehicle; searching for candidate safety zone based on the received location information; determining a recommended safety zone according to a predetermined priority among the searched candidate safety zones; and transmitting the determined recommended safety zone to the vehicle.
