A disclosed vehicle floor structure comprises: a center floor; a plurality of longitudinal members attached on a bottom surface of the center floor; and a battery assembly body which has a battery case located under the center floor and a penetrating bolt penetrating the battery case. The penetrating bolt is arranged in a vertical direction on at least one longitudinal member among the plurality of longitudinal members, and is configured to be coupled with the at least one longitudinal member. In the vehicle floor structure, assembly of a long sheet rail is facilitated, mounting strength of the battery assembly body is improved, space for passengers and battery capacity are secured, and strength of a vehicle body is improved.
