The present invention relates to a control system for an electric industrial vehicle, comprising: a driving motor driving a drive axle by being driven by receiving power according to a control signal from a control unit; a hydraulic motor driven by receiving power according to the control signal of the control unit; a hydraulic pump operated by driving the hydraulic motor to supply a fluid to a hydraulic tank; a clutch connecting or releasing an output of the hydraulic motor to be transmitted to the drive axle according to an amount of torque required when the electric industrial vehicle is driven; and a parking brake device locking or releasing a parking brake by a hydraulic pressure according to driving on or off of the driving motor. An objective of the present invention is to provide the control system for an electric industrial vehicle capable of increasing power efficiency of a battery.
본 발명은 전동식 산업용 차량의 제어 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 제어부의 제어신호에 의해 전원을 공급받아 구동함에 따라 드라이브 액슬을 구동시키는 주행 모터; 상기 제어부의 제어신호에 의해 전원을 공급받아 구동되는 유압 모터; 상기 유압 모터의 구동에 의해 가동되어 유압 탱크 내의 유체를 공급하는 유압 펌프; 상기 유압 모터의 출력을 전동식 산업용 차량의 주행 시 요구되는 토크량에 따라 상기 드라이브 액슬로 전달되도록 연결 또는 해제시키는 클러치; 및 상기 주행 모터의 구동 온 또는 오프에 따라 유압에 의해 주차 브레이크를 잠금 또는 해제하는 주차 브레이크 장치를 포함한다.
