The present invention relates to a boom stand for an aerial work vehicle, and more specifically, to a boom stand for an aerial work vehicle, which can increase the overall rigidity of the boom stand, prevent defects, and improve the quality and productivity of welding deformation. In the boom stand for an aerial work vehicle according to the present invention, an angle is adjusted through a hydraulic cylinder (6) between a boom support (4) mounted on a chassis (1) and equipped with a rotating means and a boom stand (10) expanded and contracted in an antenna type. Bonding is performed by performing welding along a gap of a joint (C) positioned on an upper plate (13) or side plates (12) in a longitudinal direction to form a closed curve by using the side plates (12) formed on both sides of a bottom plate (11) and the upper plate (13) respectively connecting the upper portions of the side plates (12). The joint (C) is welded in a state of closing an inner path of the gap portion by bending a support member (20) integrally to support the inside of the upper plate (13) or the side plate (12) on the other side from one side of the upper plate (13) or the side plates (12) at a position of the joint (C). A plurality of plug holes (30) are drilled at regular intervals in the side plate (12) on the other side or the upper plate (13) while maintaining a predetermined distance from an end surface, and an installation position of the support member (20) is fixed by plug welding through the plug hole (30).

    본 발명은 고소작업차용 붐대에 관한 것으로서, 상세하게는 붐대의 전체 강성을 증대함과 아울러 불량을 방지하고, 용접 변형에 대한 품질과, 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 발명된 것이다. 이러한 본 발명의 고소작업차용 붐대는, 차대(1)에 탑재되어 회전수단을 갖춘 붐지지대(4)와 안테나식으로 신축되는 붐대(10) 사이에서 유압실린더(6)를 통해 각도가 조절되며, 바닥판(11)의 양쪽에 세워지는 측면판(12)과, 이 측면판(12)들의 상부를 상판(13)으로 각각 연결하여 폐곡면을 이루도록 길이방향으로 측면판(12) 또는 상판(13)에 위치되는 이음부(C)의 갭(Gap)을 따라 용접을 통해 접합시키는 것에 있어서, 상기 이음부(C)의 위치로 측면판(12) 또는 상판(13)의 일측으로부터 타측의 측면판(12) 또는 상판(13)의 내측을 지지하도록 일체로 지지부재(20)를 절곡 성형하여 갭(Gap) 부분의 내측 통로를 밀폐한 상태로 이음부(C)가 용접되도록 하며, 상기 타측의 측면판(12) 또는 상판(13)에는 끝단면으로부터 소정의 거리를 유지한 상태로 다수개의 플러그홀(30)들을 일정간격 뚫고, 이 플러그홀(30)을 통해 플러그용접으로 상기 지지부재(20)의 설치 위치를 고정시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.
