According to the present invention, a turnover system for a workpiece comprises: a gantry crane; a pair of fork devices supported on the gantry crane and moved in the axial direction of the X-axis, Y-axis and Z-axis and selectively coupled to both sides of a workpiece when the longitudinal direction of the gantry crane is referred to as the axial direction of the X-axis, the width direction is referred to as the axial direction of the Y-axis, and the vertical direction of the XY plane is referred to as the Z-axis; and a pair of turnover devices respectively disposed on the pair of fork devices to turn over the fork devices so as to turn over the workpiece using the center of the fork device as a rotation axis.

    본 발명에 따른 피가공물의 턴오버 시스템은 갠트리 크레인(gantry crane), 갠트리 크레인의 길이 방향을 X축의 축선 방향, 폭 방향을 Y축의 축선 방향 및 XY 평면의 수직 방향을 Z축이라고 할 때 갠트리 크레인에 지지되며 X축, Y축 및 Z축의 축선 방향으로 이동되고 선택적으로 피가공물의 양측에 결합되는 한 쌍의 포크(fork) 장치 및 한 쌍의 포크 장치에 각각 배치되어, 포크 장치의 중심을 회전축으로 하여 피가공물을 턴오버(turnover) 하도록 상기 포크 장치를 턴오버 시키는 한 쌍의 턴오버 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
