The present invention relates to a charging system for a vehicle and a battery charging stopping method thereof which stops charging of a battery when a current sensor applied on a three phase coil of a vehicle driving motor breaks down, to prevent torque generation due to operation of the motor. The charging system for a vehicle comprises: a motor; a battery; an inverter; and a controller.

    본 발명은 차량용 충전시스템 및 이의 배터리 충전 중지 방법에 관한 것으로, 차량 구동용 모터의 3상 코일에 인가되는 전류센서의 고장 시 배터리의 충전을 중지시켜 상기 모터의 작동에 따른 토크 발생을 방지할 수 있도록 하는 차량용 충전시스템 및 이의 배터리 충전 중지 방법을 제공하는데 목적이 있다.
