The present invention relates to a high-performance electronic chuck for mounting on a heavy vehicle. The high-performance electronic chuck comprises: a chuck body (20) having a bracket (10) connected to the boom of a heavy vehicle; a core (30) installed in the center of the inner side of the chuck body (20); a coil unit (40) installed to be wound around the core (30); and a bottom plate (50) welded to the bottom of the chuck body (20) so that the coil unit (40) is embedded therein. The chuck body (20) is formed by cutting a steel plate with a planar figure (20') having an upper surface (25') of a square shape and first and second side surfaces (21', 22') extending from both facing side surfaces of the upper surface (25'), and by cutting the steel plate into third and fourth side surfaces (23', 24') of a size corresponding to the first and second side surfaces (21', 22'). The first and second side surfaces (21', 22') are bent from the upper surface (25') in a right-angle direction. The third and fourth side surfaces (23', 24') are sandwiched at both ends of the upper surface (25') and the first and second side surfaces (21', 22') to closely contact the same, and the closely contacted surfaces are welded, so that the electronic chuck is manufactured. Therefore, productivity can be increased by lowering manufacturing costs.

    본 발명은 중장비 차량의 붐에 연결되는 브라켓(10)이 설치된 척몸체(20)와, 척몸체(20) 내측 중앙에 설치되는 코어(30)와, 코어(30)에 권회되게 설치되는 코일유니트(40)와, 코일유니트(40)가 내장되도록 척몸체(20) 바닥에 용접되는 바닥판(50)을 포함하는 중장비 차량 탑재용 고성능 전자척에 관한 것으로서, 척몸체(20)는, 철판을 사각 형태의 상부면(25') 및 그 상부면(25')의 마주보는 양면에서 연장되는 제1,2측부면(21')(22')을 가지는 전개도(20')와, 철판을 제1,2측부면(21')(22')에 대응되는 크기의 제3,4측부면(23')(24')으로 재단하고; 상부면(25')에서 제1,2측부면(21')(22')을 직각 방향으로 절곡하고; 상부면(25') 및 제1,2측부면(21')(22') 사이의 양단에 제3,4측부면(23')(24')을 끼어 밀착시킨 후 상호 밀착되는 면을 용접함으로써 제조되는 것;을 특징으로 한다.
