The present invention relates to a heat exchanger for cooling a battery for an electric vehicle, capable of securely maintaining a bonding state between a cooling water inlet and a cooling water outlet to the heat exchanger. According to the present invention, the heat exchanger for cooling the battery for the electric vehicle includes a base body and a cover body, and is configured to cool a battery module seated in the cover body, as a cooling water passage is formed between the base body and the cover body, wherein the cooling water inlet and the cooling water outlet are formed in a starting terminal and end terminal of the cooling water passage. The cover body is formed therein with insertion holes fitted around the cooling water inlet and the cooling water outlet. A fixing plate is provided on the cover body having the insertion holes and bonded to an inner circumferential surface of each insertion hole to prevent the cooling water inlet and the cooling water outlet from being moved.

    본 발명은 냉각수 유입구 및 배출구가 열교환기에 접합된 상태를 견고하게 유지할 수 있는 전기 자동차용 배터리 냉각 열교환기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 전기 자동차용 배터리 냉각 열교환기는 베이스 바디와 커버 바디로 이루어지고, 이들 베이스 바디와 커버 바디 사이에 냉각수 유로가 형성되어 커버 바디에 안착된 배터리 모듈을 냉각시킬 수 있도록 구성되고, 상기 냉각수 유로의 시작단과 끝단에 냉각수 유입구 및 배출구가 형성된 전기 자동차용 배터리 냉각 열교환기를 포함하고, 상기 커버 바디에는 상기 냉각수 유입구 및 배출구가 끼워지는 삽입홀이 형성되고, 상기 삽입홀이 형성된 커버 바디에는 삽입홀 내주면에 접합되는 냉각수 유입구 및 배출구의 유동을 억제시키는 유동방지판이 제공된 전기 자동차용 배터리 냉각 열교환기를 제공한다.
