The present invention relates to an optimal design method for weight reduction of a ladder in a small ship, which implements the weight reduction of the ladder of a small ship by utilizing topology optimization without changing a material. The optimal design method includes the steps of: deriving an initial shape modeling by inputting the data of the ladder of the small ship; applying the topology optimization by applying a design variable; deriving a model which reflects the topology optimization; deriving a simplified shape modeling which is easy to manufacture; and checking whether design conditions are met.

    본 발명은 재료를 변경하지 않고 위상최적화를 활용하여 소형 선박의 사다리의 경량화를 구현하는 소형 선박의 사다리 경량화를 위한 최적설계방법에 관한 것으로, 소형 선박의 사다리의 데이터를 입력하여 초기 형상 모델링을 도출하는 단계;와, 설계변수를 적용하여 위상최적화를 적용하는 단계;와, 위상최적화 반영된 모델링을 도출하는 단계;와, 제작이 용이한 형상 단순화 모델링을 도출하는 단계; 및 설계조건 충족 여부를 확인하는 단계;를 포함하고 있다.
