According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for AI-based optimal dispatch system includes the steps of: generating reference dispatch information for planned dispatch based on dispatch reference information and learning data; determining whether an expected arrival time of a bus operating a first operating round exceeds a reference dispatch time according to reference dispatch schedule information; adjusting a dispatch interval of the next running round based on an adjustment time according to an automatic dispatch adjustment calculation method, when it is determined that an estimated arrival time of the first operating round exceeds the reference dispatch time for a second operating round according to the reference dispatch schedule information; updating the reference dispatch information based on the adjusted dispatch time; and transmitting the updated reference dispatch information to a driver's smartphone. Therefore, it is possible to adjust the bus dispatch interval in consideration of road conditions and bus operation conditions.

    본 일 실시 예에 따른 인공지능 기반의 최적배차 시스템을 위한 방법은, 배차 기준 정보 및 학습 데이터를 기반으로 계획 배차를 위한 기준 배차 정보를 생성하는 단계; 제1 운행 회차를 운행하는 버스의 도착 예정 시간이 기준 배차표 정보에 따른 기준 배차 시간을 초과하는지 여부를 판단하는 단계; 제1 운행 회차의 도착 예정 시간이 기준 배차표 정보에 따른 제2 운행 회차를 위한 기준 배차 시간을 초과한다고 판단될 때, 자동 배차 조정 계산법에 따른 조정 시간을 기반으로 다음 운행 회차의 배차 간격을 조정하는 단계; 조정된 배차 시간을 기반으로 기준 배차 정보를 갱신하는 단계; 및 갱신된 기준 배차 정보를 운전자의 스마트폰으로 송신하는 단계를 포함한다.
