Provided is a wireless power transfer device which is able to have a simplified communication interface between a higher level component and a lower level component, disperse a load of the higher level component, minimize the delay in processing a communication message, and increase efficiency of a charging process. In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, the wireless power transfer device is to supply energy for charging to an electric car through an electric car device placed in the electric car, comprising: a supply-side electric power circuit which forms a magnetic speed from a source power, and supplies the energy to the electric car device through the magnetic speed; a supply equipment communication controller (SECC) which communicates with the electric car device; and a supply-side wireless power transfer communication controller (WPTCC) which performs the P2PS communication with the electric car device under the control of the SECC, exchanges data needed for positioning, pairing, and alignment checking, and controls the supply-side electric power circuit.
