The present invention relates to an anti-icing circulation air conditioning system for extreme cold areas and, more particularly, to a circulation air conditioning system that maximizes heating efficiency and reduces equipment load through moisture removal and preheating when outside air is introduced. The present invention comprises: a housing unit provided with an outdoor air inlet and an outdoor air outlet; a preheater unit installed on the outside air outlet side of the housing unit and circulating a heated fluid therein; a plurality of louver units installed on the outside air inlet side of the housing unit; and a damper unit installed in any one of the inside or outside of the housing unit and controlling a flow rate of outside air flowing into the housing unit.

    본 발명은 극한지용 결빙방지 순환 공조시스템에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 외기 유입시 습기 제거 및 예열을 통하여 히팅효율의 극대화 및 장비부하를 감소시키는 순환 공조시스템에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 외기유입구와 외기토출구가 구비된 하우징부; 상기 하우징부의 외기토출구측에 설치되되 가열된 유체가 내부에 순환되는 프레히터부; 상기 하우징부의 외기유입구측에 설치되는 복수개의 루버부;및 상기 하우징부의 내부 또는 외부중 어느 한 곳에 설치되어, 상기 하우징부로 유입되는 외기의 유량이 조절되는 댐퍼부;로 구성된 것을 기술적 요지로 한다.
