The present invention relates to a multi-channel hybrid storage device of an unmanned aerial vehicle direction detection system comprising: an HDD that stores a main signal among a multi-channel reception signal; and an SSD that stores a phase signal among the multi-channel reception signal. Therefore, the present invention is capable of having an effect of improving a speed of data storage.
