The present invention relates to a device and method for controlling regenerative braking torque of an electric vehicle, which maximizes an energy recovery rate through regenerative braking to prevent an ABS from entering an operation area to the maximum limit by compensating regenerative braking torque of a driving motor based on a behavior model of an electric vehicle. To this end, the device for controlling regenerative braking torque of an electric vehicle comprises: a disturbance extraction unit extracting disturbance in a specific frequency band from a difference between the behavior model of the electric vehicle and an actual behavior; and a torque compensation unit compensating for the regenerative braking torque based on the disturbance extracted by the disturbance extraction unit.

    본 발명은 전기자동차의 회생제동토크 제어 장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로, 전기자동차의 거동 모델에 기초하여 구동모터의 회생제동토크를 보상함으로써, ABS가 최대 한도로 동작 영역에 진입하지 않도록 하여 회생제동을 통한 에너지 회수율을 극대화할 수 있는 전기자동차의 회생제동토크 제어 장치 및 그 방법을 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위하여, 본 발명은 전기자동차의 회생제동토크 제어 장치에 있어서, 전기자동차의 거동 모델과 실제 거동 간의 차이에서 특정 주파수 대역의 외란을 추출하는 외란 추출부; 및 상기 외란 추출부에 의해 추출된 외란에 기초하여 회생제동토크를 보상하는 토크 보상부를 포함한다.
