The present invention relates to a vehicle control device, and a regenerative braking amount computing method of the same. The present invention comprises: a brake controller transmitting a regenerative braking allowance amount; and a hybrid controller calculating, based on the regenerative braking allowance amount, a first regenerative braking amount based on a current gear stage and a second regenerative braking amount based on a target gear stage and using the first regenerative braking amount, the second regenerative braking amount, and shifting phase information to calculate a third regenerative braking amount to enable the first regenerative braking amount to follow the second regenerative braking amount.

    본 발명은 차량제어장치 및 그의 회생제동실행량 산출 방법에 관한 것으로, 회생제동허용량을 송신하는 브레이크 제어기, 및 상기 회생제동허용량을 기반으로 현재 기어단을 기준으로 하는 제1회생제동실행량과 타겟 기어단을 기준으로 하는 제2회생제동실행량을 연산하고, 제1회생제동실행량, 상기 제2회생제동실행량 및 변속 위상 정보를 활용하여 상기 제1회생제동실행량이 상기 제2회생제동실행량을 추종하도록 제3회생제동실행량을 연산하는 하이브리드 제어기를 포함한다.
