The present invention relates to a liquefied gas storage tank, a gas treatment system and a vessel including the same. The liquefied gas storage tank forms a storage space by being surrounded by a wall including a primary protection wall of a metal material, a primary insulation wall placed outside the primary protection wall, a secondary protection wall provided outside the primary insulation wall, and a secondary insulation wall placed outside the secondary protection wall, forming the storage space storing liquefied gas, forms a primary insulation space between the primary and secondary protection walls, forms a secondary insulation space outside the secondary protection wall, and has a dome provided on the wall, which constitutes an upper side of the storage space, to be penetrated by a liquefied gas line for the inflow/discharge of the liquefied gas. The dome includes: a dome cover penetrated by the liquefied gas line; and a dome coaming provided on the wall of the upper side of the storage space, in which the dome cover is placed and fixed, and finishing the primary and secondary insulation spaces, wherein the dome coaming has one side penetrated by an inert gas supply line for increasing pressure in the insulation spaces by supplying inert gas into the insulation spaces, and has the other side penetrated by an inert gas discharge line for reducing the pressure in the insulation spaces by discharging the inert gas from the insulation spaces. Therefore, the present invention is capable of enabling efficient insulation space management.

    본 발명은 액화가스 저장탱크, 가스 처리 시스템 및 이를 포함하는 선박에 관한 것으로서, 액화가스를 수용하는 저장공간을 형성하는 금속 재질의 1차 방벽과, 상기 1차 방벽의 외측에 배치되는 1차 단열벽과, 상기 1차 단열벽의 외측에 마련되는 2차 방벽과, 상기 2차 방벽의 외측에 배치되는 2차 단열벽을 포함하는 벽체로 둘러싸여 저장공간을 형성하며, 상기 1차 방벽과 상기 2차 방벽 사이에 1차 단열공간을 형성하고, 상기 2차 방벽의 외측에 2차 단열공간을 형성하며, 상기 저장공간의 상면을 이루는 상기 벽체에 액화가스의 유출입을 위해 액화가스 라인이 관통되도록 마련되는 돔을 갖고, 상기 돔은, 상기 액화가스 라인이 관통되는 돔 커버; 및 상기 저장공간의 상면 벽체에 구비되고 상기 돔 커버가 안착 고정되며 상기 1차 단열공간 및 상기 2차 단열공간을 마감하는 돔 코밍을 포함하되, 상기 돔 코밍은, 일측에 상기 단열공간 내로 비활성 가스를 공급해 상기 단열공간 내압을 상승시키는 비활성 가스 공급라인이 관통되도록 마련되고, 타측에 상기 단열공간 내의 비활성 가스를 배출해 상기 단열공간 내압을 낮추는 비활성 가스 배출라인이 관통되도록 마련되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
