Provided is a wireless power transmission and reception device for an electric vehicle, wherein an embodiment comprises: a transmission unit having a transmission coil and a first magnetic sheet provided on one side of the transmission coil; and a reception unit having a reception coil receiving wireless power through an alternating magnetic field generated from the transmission unit and a second magnetic sheet provided on one side of the reception coil. A ratio of inductance of the reception unit to the inductance of the transmission unit is 0.9 to 1.5. According to the embodiment, wireless power transmission efficiency can be maximized through the proper inductance ratio between the transmission and reception units.
