The present invention relates to a heat management system of a vehicle, which is able to improve a control logic of an expansion valve for a heat pump mode, control the opening volume of the expansion valve for the heat pump mode to be in the optimal status even if there are changes in the degree of superheat, which is small and sensitive, of a refrigerant, improve sensitivity and reactivity of the expansion valve for the heat pump mode, and enhance heating performance of the indoors of the vehicle. To this end, in accordance with the present invention, the heat management system of the vehicle comprises a heat pump-type refrigerant circulation line. The heat pump-type refrigerant circulation line includes: a compressor, a high-pressure-side heat exchanger, an expansion valve for a heat pump mode, an outdoor heat exchanger, an expansion valve for an air conditioner mode, and a low-pressure-side heat exchanger. The heat management system of the vehicle comprises: a first PT sensor which is installed on a refrigerant circulation line on the suction side of the compressor, and which detects the temperature and pressure of the refrigerant on the suction side, which is absorbed into the compressor; and a second PT sensor which is installed on a refrigerant circulation line on the discharge side of the compressor, and which detects the temperature and pressure of the refrigerant on the discharge side, which is discharged from the compressor.

    본 발명은 차량의 열관리 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 히트펌프모드용 팽창밸브의 제어로직을 개선함으로써, 냉매의 작고 민감한 과열도 변화에도 히트펌프모드용 팽창밸브의 개도량을 최적의 상태로 제어할 수 있고, 이를 통해, 히트펌프모드용 팽창밸브의 민감도와 반응성을 개선시켜, 차실내의 난방성능을 향상시킬 수 있도록 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은, 압축기와, 고압측 열교환기와, 히트펌프모드용 팽창밸브와, 실외열교환기와, 에어컨모드용 팽창밸브와, 저압측 열교환기를 구비하는 히트펌프식 냉매순환라인을 포함하는 차량의 열관리 시스템에 있어서, 압축기의 흡입측(Suction Side) 냉매순환라인상에 설치되어, 압축기로 흡입되는 흡입측 냉매의 온도와 압력을 감지하는 제 1PT센서와; 압축기의 배출측(Discharge Side) 냉매순환라인상에 설치되어, 압축기로부터 배출되는 배출측 냉매의 온도와 압력을 감지하는 제 2PT센서를 구비한다.
