The present invention relates to a buoyancy body of an offshore solar power generation device. More particularly, the present invention relates to a buoyancy body of an offshore photovoltaic power generation device that can prevent damage to the buoyancy body through a buffer action by the air accommodated in an air chamber during free fall after the buoyancy body is levitated according to the slamming phenomenon. To this end, for the buoyancy body of an offshore solar power generation device that floats and moored a solar power module in the sea, provided is a buoyancy body of an offshore solar power generation device characterized in that it is configured to accommodate air by forming an air chamber of the concave shape that is opened downward.
