The present invention relates to a buoyant body of an offshore solar power generation device. More particularly, the present invention relates to a buoyant body of an offshore photovoltaic device that can prevent damage to a photovoltaic module due to a wave run-up in which the wave height is locally higher than the original wave height near the surface of a buoyant body, by providing a wave energy attenuation means and a buffer means to the buoyant body. For a buoyant body of an offshore solar power generation device that floats and moored a solar power module in the sea, provided is a buoyant body for an offshore solar power generation device characterized in that formed along the circumference of the buoyant body and projecting outwardly, a plurality of wave energy attenuation means formed at intervals in the height direction of the buoyant body are installed.
