The present invention relates to an emergency escape apparatus for a high building. More specifically, the present invention relates to an emergency escape apparatus for a high building, which is able to, when a fire occurs in the high building, completely prepare for an escape just by a simple operation, automatically detect the proximity to the ground, provides an auxiliary buffer for the impact due to a fall, and minimize the injury due to the fall. In accordance with the present invention, the emergency escape apparatus for the high building comprises: an escape mainframe unit made of flexible materials for forming a space to accommodate people when it is charged with air; an automatic air injection apparatus unit placed on the escape mainframe unit to automatically inject air into the escape mainframe unit and charge the escape mainframe unit; an injection operation switch which transmits an execution command for the charging operation of the air injection apparatus unit; and a fall buffering apparatus unit placed on the escape mainframe unit to be activated at a certain distance from the ground surface when the escape mainframe unit falls, and buffer the impact from the fall.

    본 발명은 고층건물용 비상탈출장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 고층건물의 화재시 간단한 조작만으로 탈출준비를 완료하고, 지상근접을 자동검출하여 낙하에 따른 충격을 보조적으로 완충시켜 추락으로 인한 부상을 최소화할 수 있도록 한 고층건물용 비상탈출장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 플렉시블한 재질로 이루어지며 공기충전시 사람이 수용될 수 있는 공간을 형성하는 탈출본체부; 상기 탈출본체부에 구비되고, 상기 탈출본체부에 자동공기주입하여 충전시키도록 구성되는 자동공기주입장치부; 상기 공기주입장치부의 충전동작에 대한 실행 명령을 전달하는 주입조작스위치; 및, 상기 탈출본체부에 구비되어 그 탈출본체부의 낙하시 지면에 대한 소정거리에서 활성화되어 낙하 충격을 완충시키도록 구성되는 낙하완충장치부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
