Provided is an unmanned aerial vehicle for ecological exploration, which comprises: a main body; an image acquiring unit provided at the main body; a location sensor provided at the main body; a flying unit provided at the main body, and provided with at least one rotor and a motor; and an arithmetic processing unit which is provided at the main body, and executes a process (a) to acquire a first image of an exploration route and a plant sample, a process (b) to control the flying unit to fly along the exploration route, a process (c) to extract a first similarity by comparing the first image of a plant and the first image of the plant sample included in the image acquired by means of the image acquiring unit while executing the process (b), a process (d) to, when the first similarity is higher than a first threshold value, control at least one between the flying unit and the image acquiring unit so as to acquire a second image of the plant, and a process (e) to, when a second similarity acquired based on the second image of the plant is higher than a second threshold value, acquire the location information of the plant by means of the location sensor. Therefore, the control of a user can be minimized.

    본체; 상기 본체에 구비되는 영상 획득부; 상기 본체에 구비되는 위치 센서; 상기 본체에 구비되며, 적어도 하나의 회전익 및 모터를 구비하는 비행부; 및 상기 본체에 구비되며, (a) 탐사 경로 및 식물 표본의 제1 이미지를 획득하는 처리와, (b) 상기 탐사 경로를 따라서 비행하도록 상기 비행부를 제어하는 처리와, (c) 상기 처리 (b)를 수행하는 도중에 상기 영상 획득부를 통하여 획득된 영상에 포함된 식물의 제1 이미지와 상기 식물 표본의 상기 제1 이미지를 비교하여 제1 유사도를 추출하는 처리와, (d) 상기 제1 유사도가 제1 임계값보다 높으면, 상기 식물의 제2 이미지를 획득하도록 상기 비행부 또는 상기 영상 획득부 중 적어도 하나를 제어하는 처리와, (e) 상기 식물의 상기 제2 이미지를 기초로 획득된 제2 유사도가 제2 임계값보다 높으면, 상기 식물의 위치 정보를 상기 위치 센서를 통하여 획득하는 처리를 수행하는 연산 처리부를 포함하는 생태 탐사용 무인 항공기가 제공된다.
