One embodiment of the present invention provides a magnet crane system, and a transport control system and a transport control apparatus of a magnet crane, wherein the magnet crane system can individually control a plurality of magnet ports and minimize loss of work through a machine learning model. The magnet crane system comprises a load cell for a first port to a load cell for an N^th port; a magnetic flux sensor for a first port to a magnetic flux sensor for an N^th port; and a crane control unit.
