The present invention is to provide a cooling system for a fuel cell vehicle that can efficiently cool components of a fuel cell vehicle having different cooling requirements within a limited installation space, reduce the size of a heat exchanger (radiator), and reduce energy consumption of a cooling fan. The present invention relates to a cooling system for a fuel cell vehicle, which comprises: a stack cooling line for cooling a fuel cell stack of a fuel cell vehicle; and a closed-loop type first cooling line for cooling at least some of the first components of the vehicle, which are components that increase the amount of heat generated when the vehicle is braked compared to when the vehicle is driven.
