The present invention relates to a safety management system using a smart safety life jacket, which operates an emergency LED and generates RF and sonar wave distress signals when an emergency button is pushed in the event of a marine leisure accident, and senses various information so that the position of a wearer can be identified, thereby quickly responding to an emergency for the wearer and allowing the wearer to be quickly rescued when the wearer is lost. The safety management system comprises: an emergency LED (110) which is mounted on a safety life jacket (100) so that a wearer can be visually recognized from a distance, and emits light or flashes on and off when an emergency button is operated; an alarm sound generation unit (120) mounted on the safety life jacket (100) to generate a warning sound when the emergency button is operated or an emergency signal is generated; a GPS (130) for receiving location information through a receiver and identifying the location of the safety life jacket (100); an emergency signal generation unit (140) for generating an emergency signal when the water pressure above a reference water pressure is continuously detected by a water pressure sensor mounted on the safety life jacket (100) for a reference time; a voice communication unit (150) mounted on the safety life jacket (100) to output the voice provided from a manager terminal, and providing the voice of the wearer to the manager terminal; a distress signal generation unit (160) mounted on the safety life jacket (100) to generate a distress signal when the emergency button is operated. The distress signal generation unit (160) includes: an RF transmitter (161) for generating an RF distress signal when the emergency button is operated; and a sonar wave transmitter (162) for generating a sonar wave distress signal when the emergency button is operated.

    본 발명은 해양 레저 사고시 비상버튼을 누르면 비상 LED가 작동되고 RF와 수중음파 조난신호가 발생되고, 착용자의 자세를 확인할 수 있도록 각종 정보를 센싱하여 착용자의 위급상황 발생시에 신속하게 대처할 수 있고 조난시에도 신속하게 구조할 수 있는 스마트 안전구명조끼 및 이를 이용한 안전관리 시스템이다. 본 발명에은 멀리서 육안으로 확인할 수 있도록 안전구명조끼(100)에 장착되어 비상버튼의 작동시에 빛을 발광하거나 점멸하는 비상 LED(110)와; 안전구명조끼(100)에 장착되어 비상버튼의 작동 또는 비상신호의 발생시에 경고음을 발생시키는 경보음 발생부(120)와; 수신기를 통해서 위치정보를 제공받아 안전구명조끼(100)의 위치를 확인하는 GPS(130)와; 안전구명조끼(100)에 장착된 수압센서에서 기준 이상의 수압이 기준 시간 동안 지속되면 비상신호를 발생시키는 비상신호 발생부(140)와; 안전구명조끼(100)에 장착되어 관리자 단말기로부터 제공되는 음성을 출력하고, 관리자 단말기로 안전구명조끼 착용자의 음성을 제공하는 음성 통신부(150)와; 안전구명조끼(100)에 장착되며 비상버튼의 작동시에 조난신호를 발생시키는 조난신호 발생부(160);를 포함하되, 조난신호 발생부(160)는 비상버튼의 작동시에 RF 조난신호를 발생시키는 RF 발신장치(161)와; 비상버튼의 작동시에 수중음파 조난신호를 발생시키는 수중음파 발신장치(162);로 이루어진다.
