The present invention relates to an emergency handling system of an autonomous vehicle and an autonomous vehicle apparatus. According to the present invention, the autonomous vehicle apparatus comprises: an autonomous driving module (141) including an autonomous driving algorithm to perform autonomous driving of an autonomous vehicle (10); and an emergency sensing module (142) to control blinking of a color light source preset in a glass lighting unit (170) to notify the outside of an emergency for a vehicle passenger riding in the autonomous vehicle (10) through the glass lighting unit (170), a vehicle outside display (180), and a beam projector (160) if determined as an emergency, control to output a cross pattern painted on an ambulance and text indicating an emergency vehicle to the vehicle outside display (180), and control to output an emergency icon upward in a hologram-type to induce surrounding vehicles to open a path by using the beam projector (160) formed on the roof of the autonomous vehicle (10). Accordingly, a vehicle passenger sharing an autonomous vehicle can output an emergency to the outside based on automatic recognition for the inside of the autonomous vehicle in an emergency situation.

    본 발명은 자율주행차량의 응급상황 처리 시스템, 그리고 자율주행차량 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 자율주행차량(10)의 자율주행을 수행하기 위한 자율주행 알고리즘을 포함하는 자율주행모듈(141); 및 응급상황으로 판단한 경우, 유리 조명부(170), 차량 외부 디스플레이(180), 빔프로젝터(160)를 통해서 외부로 자율주행차량(10)에 탑승한 차량 탑승자에 대한 외부로 응급상황인 것을 알리기 위해 유리 조명부(170)에 미리 설정된 색상 광원을 점멸을 제어하고, 차량 외부 디스플레이(180)에 응급차에 도색된 십자가 문양과 응급 차량이라는 문자를 출력하도록 제어하고, 자율주행차량(10)의 루프에 형성된 빔프로젝터(160)를 이용해 주변차량이 길을 터주는 것을 유도하기 위해 상향으로 홀로그램 타입으로 응급상황 아이콘을 출력하도록 제어하는 응급상황 센싱 모듈(142); 을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의해, 자율주행차량을 공유하는 차량 탑승자가 위급한 상황에서 자율주행차량 내부에 대한 자동 인식을 기반으로 응급상황을 외부로 출력하도록 하는 효과를 제공할 수 있다.
