The present invention provides a system and a method for reducing fatigue of a driver in a vehicle seat, wherein the system includes: an electric reclining device for reclining a seatback; an electric extension device that adjusts the movement of an extension unit formed on the front end of a seat cushion back and forth; an air cell device including a plurality of air cells that are expandably embedded in the seatback; and a control unit for driving and controlling the reclining device, the extension device, and the air cell device in a predetermined driving pattern to realize a driver′s fatigue reduction posture in the seat.

    본 발명은 시트백을 리클라이닝시키기 위한 전동식 리클라이닝 장치; 시트쿠션의 전단부에 형성된 익스텐션부를 전후로 이동 조절하는 전동식 익스텐션 장치; 상기 시트백에 팽창 가능하게 내장되는 복수의 에어셀을 포함하는 에어셀 장치; 및 상기 리클라이닝 장치와 상기 익스텐션 장치와 상기 에어셀 장치를 시트의 운전자 피로 저감 자세 구현을 위한 소정의 구동 패턴으로 구동 제어하는 제어부; 를 포함하여 구성된 것을 자동차용 시트의 운전자 피로 저감 시스템을 제공하고자 한 것이다.
