According to the present invention, disclosed are a real-time wave spectrum estimation system and a vessel or a marine structure including the same system. The real-time wave spectrum estimation system includes: a measurement instrument (110) sensing the displacement and acceleration of a vessel body in real time; a normalized motion analysis DB (120) built by calculating the displacement and acceleration of the vessel body in accordance with a wave direction and a wave period change through analysis and normalizing the same based on a first specific motion; and a control part (130) building an actual measurement DB (131) by receiving the displacement and acceleration sensed by the measurement instrument (110), determining a wave direction and a wave period from the normalized motion analysis DB (120) and a normalized motion measurement DB normalized based on a second specific motion of the actual measurement DB (131), which is identical to the first specific motion, and estimating wave height information of a sailing sea area by a linear characteristic. Therefore, the real-time wave spectrum estimation system is capable of estimating wave information with high accuracy based on motion data which is measured in real time from a sailing vessel or a marine structure, thus being applied to a shipyard economic sailing solution.

    본 발명은, 선체의 변위와 가속도를 실시간 감지하는 계측기(110)와, 해석을 통해 파향과 파주기 변화에 따른 선체의 변위와 가속도를 산출하고 제1특정 모션을 기준으로 정규화하여 구축된 정규 모션 해석 DB(120)와, 계측기(110)에 의해 감지된 변위와 가속도를 입력받아 실제 계측 DB(131)를 구축하며, 제1특정 모션과 동일한 실제 계측 DB(131)의 제2특정 모션을 기준으로 정규화된 정규 모션 계측 DB와 정규 모션 해석 DB(120)로부터 파향과 파주기를 결정하고, 선형특성에 의해 운항해역의 파고정보를 추정하는, 제어부(130)를 포함하여, 운항중인 선박 또는 해양구조물에서 실시간 계측되는 모션 운동데이터를 활용하여, 높은 정확도의 파랑정보를 추정할 수 있으며, 이를 통해 조선소 경제운항 솔루션에 적용할 수 있는, 파랑 스펙트럼을 실시간 추정하는 시스템 및 동 시스템을 구비한 선박 또는 해양구조물을 개시한다.
