A hydro-type muffler hanger rubber (1) applied to an automobile exhaust system (110) includes a floating partition (3) provided on a close-contact surface of left/right fluid chambers (2-1, 2-2) which are arranged opposite each other such that working fluids (2A) filling each of the left fluid chamber (2-1) and the right fluid chamber (2-2) are moved in a direction of an externally applied load. Thus, a noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) improvement can be made as the external load vibration insulation performance of a muffler (120) is enhanced through variable dynamic characteristic control in accordance with driving conditions due to a fluid damping effect of the working fluids (2A). In particular, as a reaction in accordance with the size/speed of an external load varying depending on the driving conditions is actively controlled with variable dynamic characteristic variations, automobile ride and handling (R&H) can be improved.
본 발명의 차량용 배기계(110)에 적용된 하이드로 타입 머플러 행어 러버(1)는 서로 마주보도록 배열된 좌측 유체 챔버(2-1)와 우측 유체 챔버(2-2)의 각각에 채워진 작동유체(2A)가 외부에서 인가되는 하중 방향에 따라 이동되도록 좌/우측 유체 챔버(2-1,2-2)의 밀착면에 구비된 유동격벽(3)을 포함함으로써 작동유체(2A)의 유체 댐핑 효과로 주행 조건에 따른 가변적인 동특성 조절을 통해 머플러(120)의 외부 하중 진동 절연 성능이 높아져 NVH 개선이 이루어지고, 특히 주행 조건에 따라 달라지는 외부하중의 크기/속도에 따른 반력이 가변적인 동특성 변화로 능동 제어됨으로써 차량 구동성능(R&H, Ride and Handling)도 향상시켜주는 특징을 갖는다.
