The present invention relates to a battery cooling control system capable of efficiently cooling a battery and, more specifically, to a battery cooling control system comprising: a battery which stores energy provided to a motor generating vehicle power; a temperature sensor detecting the temperature of a battery; a cooling fan for supplying air for cooling the battery to the battery; and a controller performing an operation to predict the temperature of the battery based on the current and internal resistance of the battery, and for determining whether to drive the cooling fan based on the difference between the predicted temperature of the battery derived through the operation and the measured temperature detected by the temperature sensor.

    차량의 동력을 생성하는 모터로 제공되는 에너지를 저장하는 배터리; 상기 배터리의 온도를 검출하는 온도센서; 상기 배터리를 냉각하기 위한 공기를 상기 배터리로 공급하기 위한 냉각팬; 및 상기 배터리의 전류 및 내부 저항을 기반으로 상기 배터리의 온도를 예측하기 위한 연산을 하고, 연산을 통해 도출된 상기 배터리의 예측온도와 상기 온도센서에서 검출된 실측온도 사이의 차이에 기반하여 상기 냉각팬의 구동 여부를 결정하는 컨트롤러를 포함하는 배터리 냉각 제어 시스템이 개시된다.
