The present invention relates to a vehicle access control system using an elevating bollard, which is installed at the entrance to vehicles such as school, or the like to recognize a vehicle number of a vehicle to access through the entrance, and to electively control the access of the vehicle by determining that the vehicle has been granted access authority. More particularly, the vehicle access control system comprises: one or more bollards installed to be buried underground of an entrance area and moving between the underground and above the ground according to an external control signal; an image sensing unit for photographing a vehicle entering the entrance area; a vehicle number recognition unit for recognizing a vehicle number by analyzing the image of the entering vehicle photographed by the image sensing unit; a comparison and analysis unit for inquiring a vehicle number of a registered vehicle to which access authority is granted and determining whether the vehicle number recognized by the vehicle number recognition unit is the registered vehicle; and a control unit for receiving the determination result of the comparison and analysis unit, and generating and outputting a control signal for controlling the bollard according to the received determination result.

    본 발명은 학교 등 차량이 출입하는 출입구에 설치되며 출입구를 통해 입차하기 위한 차량의 차량번호를 인식하고 출입 권한이 부여된 차량임을 판단하여 선택적으로 차량의 출입을 통제하기 위한 승강식 볼라드를 이용한 차량 출입통제 시스템에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 출입구 영역의 지중에 매입되도록 설치되고 외부의 제어신호에 따라 지중과 지상 간을 승강하는 하나 이상의 볼라드와; 상기 출입구 영역에 진입한 입차 차량을 촬영하는 영상감지부; 상기 영상감지부에서 촬영된 입차 차량의 영상을 분석하여 차량번호를 인식하는 차량번호인식부; 출입 권한이 부여된 기등록 차량의 차량번호를 조회하고 상기 차량번호인식부에서 인식한 차량번호가 기등록 차량인지를 판단하는 비교분석부; 및 상기 비교분석부의 판단결과를 수신하며 수신한 판단결과에 따라 상기 볼라드를 제어하기 위한 제어신호를 생성 및 출력하는 제어부;를 포함하는 것이 특징이다.
