The present invention relates to an air conditioner control system for an eco-friendly vehicle, capable of flexibly controlling an electric compressor and a PTC heater even when external information and requirements change. The air conditioner control system of the eco-friendly vehicle according to the present invention includes: a plurality of sensors for sensing the state of the vehicle and indoor/outdoor environment information of the vehicle; the electric compressor that compresses a refrigerant for lowering the internal temperature of the vehicle; the PTC heater to increase the internal temperature of the vehicle; a hybrid controller for controlling driving of the electric compressor and the PTC heater based on information sensed by the sensors; an engine controller connected to the plurality of sensors and including first driving logic information for driving the electric compressor; and a temperature controller connected to the plurality of sensors and including second driving logic information for driving the PTC heater.

    본 발명에 따른 친환경 차량의 공조기 제어 시스템은, 차량의 상태 및 상기 차량의 실내외 환경 정보를 센싱하는 복수의 센서; 상기 차량의 내부 온도를 낮추기 위한 냉매를 압축시키는 전동 압축기; 상기 차량의 내부 온도를 상승시키는 PTC 히터; 상기 센서에서 센싱된 정보에 기반하여 상기 전동 압축기 및 상기 PTC 히터의 구동을 제어하는 하이브리드 제어기; 상기 복수의 센서와 연결되며 상기 전동 압축기를 구동시키는 제1 구동로직 정보를 포함하는 엔진 제어기; 및 상기 복수의 센서와 연결되며 상기 PTC 히터를 구동시키는 제2 구동로직 정보를 포함하는 온도조절 제어기;를 포함할 수 있다.
