According to the present invention, a ballast seawater pipe with excellent corrosion resistance is manufactured by molten aluminum plating. The ballast seawater pipe after the molten aluminum plating comprises: a carbon steel pipe which is a base material; an aluminum plated spread layer formed on an inner wall of the carbon steel pipe and containing Fe, Cu, Cr, and Al; and an aluminum plated layer formed on the aluminum plated spread layer and coming in contact with seawater.

    본 발명에 따른 내부식성이 우수한 발라스트 해수배관은 용융 알루미늄 도금에 의해 제조되어 내부식성이 우수한 발라스트 해수배관이며, 상기 용융 알루미늄 도금 후에 상기 발라스트 해수배관은, 기재인 탄소강관; 상기 탄소강관의 내벽에 형성되며, Fe, Cu, Cr 및 Al을 함유하는 알루미늄 도금 확산층; 및 상기 알루미늄 도금 확산층 상에 형성되며, 해수와 접촉하는 알루미늄 도금층;으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
