The present invention relates to a fusion structure of vehicle parts. According to the present invention, the shape of a boss is improved so that the upper part of the boss can be folded when a fusion tip is lowered, thereby preventing melt bonding in a state that a base material is pressed by pressing force. Therefore, the present invention prevents a bonding unit from being detached by elastic restoring force or forming a step with surrounding parts.

    본 발명은 차량 부품의 융착 구조에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면 보스의 형태를 개선하여 융착팁이 하강할 시 보스의 상단 부분이 접히도록 한 후 용융이 이루어지도록 함으로써, 가압력에 의해 모재가 눌린 상태로 용융 접합이 이루어지는 것을 방지하여 탄성복원력에 의해 접합부가 탈리되거나 주변 부품과 단차를 이루는 현상을 방지할 수 있다.
