The present invention relates to a method for modifying a surface using atmospheric pressure plasma, which is a method for increasing adhesion between a compound layer having a surface facing a substrate and a surface not facing the substrate, and a surface of the substrate, wherein the surface of the compound layer facing the substrate and the surface of the substrate covered by the compound layer are treated with atmospheric pressure plasma.

    본 발명은 기재와 마주보는 표면과 기재와 마주보지 않는 표면을 갖는 화합물 층과, 기재의 표면 사이의 접착성을 증가시키기 위한 방법으로서 기재와 마주하는 화합물 층의 표면과 화합물 층에 의해 커버링되는 기재의 표면이 대기압 플라즈마로 처리되는 방법에 관한 것이다.
