The present invention relates to a battery power control system of an eco-friendly vehicle, which can delay vehicle stop as much as possible due to lack of power and, more specifically, to a battery power control system of an eco-friendly vehicle, which comprises a control part controlling a derating rate of battery power and lower limit voltage of a battery based on at least one information of a current state of charge (SOC) of a vehicle battery, a slope of a road on which a vehicle travels, and temperature information of the battery.
