The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a part for a ship door, which comprises: an interior material preparing step (S10) of preparing an interior material of a part for a ship door; a mold preparing step (S20) of preparing a mold having a wider cavity than the interior material; an interior material inserting step (S30) of Inserting the interior material in the cavity; an interior/exterior material injection molding step (S40) of injection molding by inserting an exterior material consisting of a silicone resin into the cavity; and a finished product ejecting step (S50) of ejecting a finished product in which the interior material and the exterior material inserted in the cavity are combined.
본 발명은 선박 도어용 부품의 내장재를 준비하는 내장재 준비 단계(S10); 상기 내장재보다 넓은 공동을 가진 금형을 준비하는 금형 준비 단계(S20); 상기 공동에 상기 내장재를 삽입하는 내장재 삽입 단계(S30); 상기 공동에 실리콘 수지로 이루어진 외장재를 삽입하여 사출성형하는 내/외장재 사출 성형 단계(S40); 및 상기 공동에 삽입된 내장재와 외장재가 결합된 완제품을 이젝팅하는 완제품 이젝팅 단계(S50);를 포함하는 선박 도어용 부품의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
