The present invention relates to an asymmetric lifting apparatus for lifting a heavy material and a heavy material lifting method using the same. The asymmetric lifting apparatus includes: a lifting beam (1); a balance weight (2) installed on the lifting beam to be movable; and first and second fastening ropes (3, 4) having a lower part fixed to the lifting beam. As there is a protruding extension part on the lifting beam on a position in which the lifting beam and the second fastening rope (4) are fastened, the lifting apparatus is formed to be laterally asymmetric with respect to a position in which the upper parts of the first and second fastening ropes are fastened. Accordingly, the lifting beam (1), from which a heavy material (W) is suspended through a connection rope (9), is lifted while being maintained in a horizontal state, and then, when the heavy material (W) is lifted to the height of a lifting target position, the protruding extension part enables the heavy material (W) to reach the lifting target position while approaching the lifting target position. Therefore, the asymmetric lifting apparatus is capable of easily lifting a heavy material to a lifting target position in a high place corresponding to the lower surface or lower part of an existing facility even when the existing facility already exists.

    본 발명은 리프팅 빔(1)과, 위치 이동이 가능하도록 리프팅 빔에 설치되는 균형추(2)와, 리프팅 빔에 하단이 고정된 제1,2결합로프(3, 4)를 포함하되 제2결합로프(4)와 리프팅 빔과 결합된 위치에서 리프팅 빔에는 돌출연장부가 존재하게 되어 제1,2결합로프의 상단이 결합되는 위치를 기준으로 좌우 비대칭의 형성이 되도록 리프팅 장치를 구성하여, 중량물(W)이 연결로프(9)에 의해 매달린 리프팅 빔(1)이 수평상태를 유지한 채로 인양되고, 중량물(W)이 인양목표위치의 높이까지 인양되면 돌출연장부가 인양목표위치에 접근하면서 중량물(W)이 인양목표위치에 이르게 되도록 함으로써, 이미 기설 시설물이 존재한 상태에서도 기설 시설물의 하부 또는 하면에 해당하는 고소(高所)의 인양목표위치까지 중량물을 용이하게 인양하여 접근시킬 수 있게 되는 “중량물 인양을 위한 비대칭 리프팅 장치 및 이를 이용한 중량물 인양방법”에 관한 것이다.
