The present invention relates to a thermal insulation composite for a vehicle interior material and a method of manufacturing the same. In particular, instead of petroleum-based polymer materials, such as polyesters obtained from petroleum, the thermal insulation composite applies cellulose nanofibers obtained from plant resources as a composite, and thus is eco-friendly and easily recyclable, and also can significantly reduce emissions of harmful substances when disposed of. By forming a skin layer containing an organic/inorganic mixture on each side of a core layer containing a cellulose nanofiber film, the thermal insulation composite exhibits excellent thermal insulation with respect to infrared or ultraviolet radiation, and has a simple process and low manufacturing costs, and thus can increase productivity.
본 발명은 자동차 내장재용 열차단 복합재 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 기존의 석유에서 얻어지는 폴리에스터와 같은 석유계 고분자 소재 대신 식물자원에서 얻어지는 셀룰로오스 나노섬유를 복합재로 적용함으로써 친환경적이어서 자원 재활용성이 우수하며 폐기처리 시 유해물질의 배출을 현저하게 저감시킬 수 있으며, 셀룰로오스 나노섬유막을 포함하는 코어층의 양면 상에 유무기 혼합물을 포함하는 스킨층을 형성함으로써 적외선 또는 자외선에 대한 열차단성이 우수할 뿐만 아니라 공정이 단순하고 제조원가가 낮아 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있는 자동차 내장재용 열차단 복합재 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
