The present invention relates to a method for remote maintenance and repair of a vessel based on augmented reality. An objective of the present invention is to quickly send a sailor closest to a fault position to quickly handle an emergency situation based on sailor positions in a vessel by remotely connecting a control center and the vessel by a satellite communication module and, specifically, store repair information including image data obtained by photographing a repair process in a database module of the control center to construct a system automatically provided as a response manual when the same fault occurs in the future to accurately perform difficult repair work without expert workers. The method comprises: a step (S1) of supplying a fault signal to a control center (100); a step (S2) of transmitting a sailor moving command including coordinate information of a fault position (P) when a fault signal in a vessel (200) is detected; a step (S3) of allowing a sailor to move to the fault position, and transmitting fault state information to the control center (100); a step (S4) of supplying repair information to an augmented reality module (300); a step (S5) of outputting the repair information in augmented reality to perform repair; and a step (S6) of transmitting a repair process and result information to the control center (100) to store the repair process and the result information in a database module.

    본 발명은 증강현실 기반의 선박 원격 유지 보수 방법에 관련되며, 이때 증강현실 기반의 선박 원격 유지 보수 방법은 위성통신모듈에 의해 관제센터와 선박이 원격 접속되어 선내 선원 위치를 기반으로, 고장위치에 가장 근접하는 선원을 신속하게 투입시켜 긴급상황에 빠르게 대처하고, 특히 수리과정이 촬영된 영상 데이터를 포함하는 수리정보를 관제센터 DB모듈에 저장하여 향후 동일 고장 발생시 대응매뉴얼로 자동 제공되는 시스템을 구축하여 전문인력 없이도 고난이도의 수리작업이 정확하게 수행되도록 하기 위해 고장신호를 관제센터(100)로 제공하는 단계(S1), 선박(200) 내 고장신호가 검출되면, 고장위치(P)의 좌표정보가 포함되는 선원 이동 지령을 송출하는 단계(S2), 고장위치로 선원 이동이 이루어지고, 고장상태정보를 관제센터(100)로 전송하는 단계(S3), 수리정보를 증강현실모듈(300)로 제공하는 단계(S4), 수리정보를 증강현실로 출력하여 수리하는 단계(S5), 수리과정 및 결과정보를 관제센터(100)로 전송하여 DB모듈에 저장하는 단계(S6)를 포함하여 주요구성으로 이루어진다.
