Provided is a method for providing crackdown for not wearing seat belt of a wireless communication-based vehicle, which comprises: a step of detecting an entry of a vehicle terminal to a lane by wireless communication; a step of collecting output data of a seat belt detection sensor interlocked with the vehicle terminal from the vehicle terminal; a step of controlling the vehicle to be photographed by a photographing device positioned in a direction facing the vehicle terminal if the collected output data is not-wearing-seat-belt data; and a step of transmitting the image of the photographed vehicle and identification data identifying the vehicle terminal to an enforcement agency server. According to the present invention, awareness of passengers can be awakened.

    무선통신 기반 차량의 안전벨트 미착용 단속 서비스 제공 방법이 제공되며, 무선통신으로 차량 단말의 차로 진입을 감지하는 단계, 차량 단말과 연동되는 안전벨트 감지 센서의 출력 데이터를 차량 단말로부터 수집하는 단계, 수집된 출력 데이터가 안전벨트 미착용 데이터인 경우, 차량 단말에 대향하는 방향에 위치한 촬영 장치에서 차량을 촬영하도록 제어하는 단계, 및 촬영된 차량의 이미지 및 차량 단말을 식별하는 식별 데이터를 단속 기관 서버로 전송하는 단계를 포함한다.
