The present invention relates to a valve device capable of securing a regular rise of a float which is a component thereof as well as preventing a situation where fuel is discharged out of a fuel tank as much as possible. The valve device includes: a valve port connecting the outside and the inside of a fuel tank (T); a valve chamber formed under the valve port; and a float placed in the valve chamber to be able to be moved up and down. The valve chamber is formed with an open end (3e) located in the lower part of a support part (3a) of the float having a fluid penetration part. An orifice (22) is formed in the support part (3a), and an inlet (24a) of an orifice airway (24) which is connected to the orifice is formed below the support part (3a) and above the open end (3e) by a division cutout part (23) formed in the valve chamber.

    (과제) 밸브장치에 있어서, 이것을 구성하는 플로트의 규칙적인 상승을 확보 함과 아울러, 연료탱크 밖으로 연료를 분출시키는 것 같은 사태를 가급적 방지한다. (해결수단) 연료탱크(T) 내외를 연통하는 밸브구와, 상기 밸브구 아래에 형성되는 밸브실과, 상기 밸브실 내에 상하동 가능하게 배치되는 플로트를 적어도 구비하고, 상기 밸브실은 유체의 통과부를 가진 상기 플로트의 지지부(3a)의 하측에 개방단(3e)을 위치시키는 구성으로 되어 있다. 상기 지지부(3a)에는 오리피스(22)가 형성되어 있으며, 상기 밸브실에 형성된 분할 절결부(23)에 의해서 상기 지지부(3a)보다도 하측이면서 또한 상기 개방단(3e)보다도 상측에 상기 오리피스(22)에 연통하는 오리피스용 통기로(24)의 입구(24a)를 형성하고 있다.
