The present invention relates to a system for mitigating road congestion. More specifically, provided is a system for reducing the loss and pollution caused by road congestion. By recognizing the road in a direction of congestion using an image recognition system and giving an additional signal to a signal of a congestion lane so that a vehicle can proceed with a longer signal. In the above process, the continuous signal light which continuously lights up for a predetermined section can be used to continuously proceed.

    본 발명은 도로정체를 완화하기 위한 시스템에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 도로정체에서 일어나는 손실과 환경오염을 줄이기 위한 시스템이다. 정체가 일어나는 방향의 도로를 영상인식 시스템으로 인식하여 정체발생 차선의 신호에 추가적으로 신호를 부여하여 보다 긴 신호로 차량이 진행 할 수 있게 한다. 상기 진행에 있어서 일정구간 연등하는 연속신호등을 이용하여 연속적으로 진행 할 수 있는 점을 특징으로 한다.
