The present invention relates to a system for controlling an elevator by using a CCTV image, which is characterized by including an authentication means of boarding information inputted into an elevator controller in various buildings. Here, as the authentication means of boarding information, a Raspberry Pi camera, in which an open CV program with a subtraction image processing function is built, is provided at a CCTV for safety and security which is installed at each floor, such that a CCTV image of each floor may be received by the Raspberry Pi camera to perform subtraction image processing, thereby allowing the processed image information to be inputted into the elevator controller in real time. Therefore, unlike known technology, in which an elevator is stopped at every floor where a boarding button is pressed without considering whether a passenger exists or not, according to the present invention, the boarding information inputted into the elevator controller is authenticated by the image information, such that the elevator may be stopped only at a level at which the passenger exists. Therefore, operating time and waiting time of the elevator can be shortened. Moreover, electricity consumption can be reduced, and mechanical deterioration can be prevented, such that the elevator may be operated in a more effective manner.

    본 발명은 CCTV영상을 이용한 엘리베이터의 제어 시스템에 관한 것으로, 각종 건물의 엘리베이터 제어기에 입력되는 탑승정보의 검증수단이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하며, 탐승정보의 검정수단으로는 각층마다 설치된 안전보안용 CCTV에 차감영상처리(subtraction image) 기능을 가진 OpenCV프로그램이 내장된 라즈베리 파이(Raspberry Pi) 카메라를 구비하여, 각 층의 CCTV영상을 상기 라즈베리 파이 카메라에 의해 받아 차감영상 처리하여 처리된 영상정보를 실시간으로 엘리베이터의 제어기에 입력되게 구성된 것으로 종래 탑승버튼이 눌린 층마다 사람의 유무에 관계없이 엘리베이터가 정지하던 것과 달리, 엘리베이터의 제어기에 입력된 탑승정보를 영상정보에 의해 검증하여 탑승자가 있는 층에서만 정지됨으로 그만큼 엘리베이터의 운행시간과 대기(待期)시간이 단축되고 전력소비의 절감 및 기계적 노후(老朽)화도 방지되어 엘리베이터를 보다 효율적으로 운행할 수 있다.
