The present invention provides a bicycle chain having triple plating, capable of largely improving corrosion resistance and hardness by individually plating semi-bright nickel, lustrous nickel, and chrome in order on the entire outer side of the vehicle chain formed of carbon steel and maintaining the state in which the corrosion resistance and the hardness are higher than those of an existing chain even if partial plating peels off. According to the present invention, to solve a problem of an existing bicycle component plated, the bicycle chain is formed of 0.4-0.6% of carbon steel. The outside of the chain is plated with the semi-bright nickel at the thickness of a plating film of 20-30 μm. The plating film of the semi-bright nickel is plated with the lustrous nickel at the thickness of the plating film of 20-30 μm. The plating film of the lustrous nickel is plated with chrome at the thickness of the plating film of 10-20 μm. So, the bicycle chain includes a semi-bright nickel plating film, a lustrous nickel plating film, and a chrome plating film.

    본 발명의 목적은, 전술한 바와 같은 종래 도금된 자전거 부품의 문제점을 해결하기 위해, 탄소강 재질의 자전거 체인 외부 전체에 반광택 니켈, 광택 니켈, 크롬을 각각 순차적으로 도금하여, 내식성 및 경도가 크게 향상되며, 일부 도금이 벗겨지더라도 기존 체인보다 내식성 및 경도가 높은 상태를 유지하는, 3중 도금이 형성된 자전거 체인을 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명은 종래 도금된 자전거 부품의 문제점을 해결하기 위해, 자전거 체인에 있어서, 상기 체인은 0.4% 내지 0.6% 탄소강으로 구성되고, 상기 체인의 외부에 반광택 니켈을 도금 피막 20μm 내지 30μm의 두께로 도금하고, 반광택 니켈 도금 피막 위에 광택 니켈을 도금 피막 20μm 내지 30μm의 두께로 도금하고, 광택 니켈 도금 피막 위에 크롬을 도금 피막 10μm 내지 20μm의 두께로 도금하여, 반광택 니켈 도금 피막, 광택 니켈 도금 피막 및 크롬 도금 피막을 포함하는 자전거 체인을 제공한다.
